Everything You Need to Know

Do I need to know how to swim?
You don't need to be a strong swimmer — all guests wear flotation vests, and our guides are in the water with you throughout. If you're comfortable being in the ocean, you're ready for this tour.
Is snorkelling experience required?
Not at all. Our guides are trained to help first-timers feel comfortable and confident in the water. We'll walk you through everything before we even leave the beach.
How do we get to the boat?
You check in on Kaʻanapali Beach for your briefing, then board our 6-person shuttle out to the raft.
What should I bring?
Bring sunscreen (reef-safe only, please), a towel, a change of clothes, and any personal medications you may need on the water. We provide all snorkel gear, flotation vests, and refreshments.
Are there age or weight restrictions?
Guests must be at least 6 years old. There is a weight limit of 300 lbs per guest. Please contact us if you have any specific questions about suitability.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or provide a full refund. Our crew monitors ocean conditions daily and communicates any changes as early as possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are shown at checkout when you book. Private charters may have different terms please confirm when booking.
Where exactly do we meet?
We meet at Kaʻanapali Beach, Maui. Exact meeting point details and parking information are provided in your booking confirmation email.
How big are the groups?
Group tours are capped at 20 guests to keep the experience personal and the reefs uncrowded. If you want complete privacy, our private charter is the perfect option.
Can I add a sea scooter?
Yes — sea scooter add-ons are available for the group tour and private charter. Ask about availability when booking or contact us directly.
