Everything You Need to Know
You don’t need to be a strong swimmer all guests wear flotation vests, and our guides are in the water with you throughout. If you’re comfortable being in the ocean, you’re ready for this tour.
Not at all. Our guides are trained to help first-timers feel comfortable and confident in the water. We’ll walk you through everything before we even leave the beach.
Bring sunscreen (reef-safe only, please), a towel, a change of clothes, and any personal medications you may need on the water. We provide all snorkel gear, flotation vests, and refreshments.
Guests must be at least 5 years old. There is a weight limit of 300 lbs per guest. Please contact us if you have any specific questions about suitability.
Your safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or provide a full refund. Our crew monitors ocean conditions daily and communicates any changes as early as possible.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your tour date. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Private charters may have different terms please confirm when booking.
We meet at Kaʻanapali Beach, Maui. Exact meeting point details and parking information are provided in your booking confirmation email.
Public tours are capped at 14 guests maximum to keep the experience personal and the reefs uncrowded. If you want complete privacy, our private charter is the perfect option.
